Bryant defends and advises employers on a wide variety of employment and traditional labor matters. Bryant investigates and responds to state and federal charges and complaints of harassment, retaliation, and discrimination, including those filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, the National Labor Relations Board, and the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board. Additionally, Bryant defends labor grievances and employment-related lawsuits arising from Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and related state laws. Bryant also provides on-site management and employee training on these matters, and drafts employee contracts, separation agreements, and employee handbooks.

While attending law school, Bryant was an executive board member of Pittsburgh Tax Review and a member of the Pitt Law Moot Court Executive Board. He was also team captain of the Earle Zehmer Workers’ Compensation Moot Court Team and a member of the Pitt Law Trial Competition Team. Bryant was a semifinalist in the 2015 Pitt Law Annual Negotiation Competition.
