Elisabeth is a litigator whose practice includes construction industry and professional liability matters and litigation involving post-employment restrictive covenants, privacy issues, and defamation. She handles matters in both state and federal courts and has experience taking cases through mediation as well as trial monitoring.

In the construction context, Elisabeth’s practice concentrates on defending architects, engineers, and other design professionals in disputes involving breach of contract, design defects, construction management, personal injury, and construction defects.

Additionally, Elisabeth has specific experience in the transportation sector, where she represents trucking and logistics companies in matters involving breach of contract and personal injury. She also represents clients in the hospitality arena in matters ranging from Dram Shop Act to premises liability.

Elisabeth represents diverse clients in a range of industries, both local and international, including large and small corporations and partnerships, individuals, and private and public educational facilities.

Before joining Cozen O’Connor, Elisabeth taught public speaking in the Rhetoric Program at Northwestern University, where she conducted research on US political culture and obtained a Masters in Communication Studies. While in law school, Elisabeth served as president of the Women’s Law Society. She is proud of her pro bono activities, including her work on behalf of immigrants seeking asylum in the United States. Elisabeth holds dual US and EU citizenship and is fluent in French and German.
